Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method:
We ship via UPS Ground. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at ulterigobrand@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work to resolve the issue.
